Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available upon a prepayment of UAH 200. The remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the goods. Please note that Nova Poshta's cash on delivery fee is UAH 20 + 2% of the declared value of the goods.

Payment by Mono

Plata by mono is an internet acquiring service from Monobank that allows online stores and businesses to accept online payments from customers using cards from any bank in Ukraine and worldwide, as well as via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the monobank app.

Payment to the account

Payment to IBAN is a cashless transfer of funds to a bank account, the number of which is generated according to the international IBAN standard.

Usually, production takes up to 7 business days, but we have many items in stock, so by contacting the manager, you can choose clothes that will be shipped within 1-2 days.

My size is out of stock, what should I do?

In some cases, we can make a larger size than what is available in the size charts.

Do you have packaging?

Yes, each item is sent in branded packaging – a box + tissue paper + a postcard. No additional packaging is required.

Please note that scarves and candles are packed in a branded pouch (without a box)

Is worldwide delivery available?

Yes, of course. We ship worldwide, except for 2 countries.

Please note that shipping costs abroad are calculated automatically on the website, but they do not include taxes of the destination country. Each country has different import taxes, so please clarify them before ordering the product.
