You can return or exchange non-food goods of proper quality within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, if they do not fit you in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose.
Exchange/Return Conditions:
Commercial appearance
Original appearance, consumer properties of the product, tags, labels are preserved
Purchase confirmation
Order number or your Instagram nickname where the order was placed. Payment receipt from the website or bank statement
No signs of use
There should be no stains, scratches, holes, or snags
Purchase time
Returns are possible within 14 days, not including the day of purchase
Return of goods
To return or exchange HRUSHENKA clothing, within 14 days of receipt, you can use Nova Poshta's "Easy Return" service:
- Log in to the Nova Poshta app or business account;
- Open "My Shipments" and select the parcel you wish to return;
- In the "Manage Shipment" section, choose "Easy Return";
- State the reason for returning the item;
- Create a new waybill and send the item;
- Notify us of the tracking number after sending!
By using this service from Nova Poshta, you do not pay for return delivery, except for returns or exchanges of goods of proper quality.
Refund
If the item meets the return requirements, we will issue a refund:
- by bank card transfer no later than 5 business days from the date we receive the item and verify its compliance with the return conditions. The crediting of funds to your account may depend on the policy of the bank that issued the card.
