Підтвердження покупки
Номер замовлення або ваш нік з інстаграм, де було оформлено замовлення. Чек про оплату з сайту або квитанція з банку
Без слідів використання
Повинні бути відсутні плями, подряпини, дірки, зачіпки
Час покупки
Повернення можливе протягом 14 днів, не враховуючи день покупки
Return of goods
To return or exchange designer ethnic clothing from the HRUSHENKA brand, you can use the "Easy Return" service from Nova Poshta within 14 days from the date of receipt:
- Log in to the Nova Poshta application or business account;
- Open "My Shipments" and select the package you want to return;
- In the "Manage Package" section, select "Easy Return"
- Indicate the reason for returning the goods;
- Create a new invoice and send the goods;
- Let us know the TTN number after sending!
By using this service from Nova Poshta, you do not pay for return shipping, except for the return or exchange of goods of proper quality.
Refund
If the product meets the requirements for return, Ukrainian clothing manufacturer HRUSHENKA will refund the money in the following ways:
- automatically to the card from which the payment was made, if it was made through Fondy;
- by bank transfer to a bank card no later than 5 business days from the moment we receive the goods and check them for compliance with the return conditions. The time for funds to be credited to your account may depend on the policy of the bank where the card was issued.
